Terms and Conditions for Hollaback

By using Hollaback you agree to these terms. They are plain English on purpose.
The service
Hollaback lets you collect feedback from your users through an embedded widget or a hosted public board. We run the hosting; you own the content you and your users submit.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what your team does inside your workspace. Don't use the service to collect content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Cancel any time; your workspace stays on the paid tier until the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the free tier. We will try to give reasonable notice before changing prices on existing plans.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or bug-free. During beta, expect the occasional rough edge.
Termination
We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. You can close your account at any time; we will delete workspace data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
