What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and profile image provided by your identity provider (Clerk).
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only the customer ID and the plan you are on; full card details never reach our servers.
• Feedback data: titles, descriptions, votes, and optional submitter emails written through the widget or public boards. Board owners see everything submitted to their board.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) kept for debugging and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

• Run the service you signed up for.
• Send transactional email (status changes, replies, magic-link style flows) via Resend. No marketing without opt-in.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond the sub-processors above (Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Convex).

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Feedback submitters can use the same form to remove their submissions.
